1. Features
HYZM mobile concrete mixing plant is a new type product specially designed by our company. With the compact structure, it finishes most of mixing functions in the chassis;aggregate, electronic weighing, hoisting, mixing are all integrated. Our concrete mixing plants are easily to move and install. They adopt global new technologies to ensure a reliable measurement, efficient and uniform mixing, fast and clear conveying. Therefore, our concrete mixing plants are widely used in all kinds of concrete construction projects like road-paving, bridge and dam, etc.

1.1 Measurement and conveying systems of aggregate, concrete and water.
Weighing aggregates are conveyed by belt conveyor with wave sides instead of traditional bucket conveyer. There is almost no fault.
Concrete conveying weighing system can be directly connected with vertical type bunker and horizontal type bunker.
Water measurement adopts high accuracy weightometer to guarantee a more accurate, direct and reliable result.

1.2 Control system
Use quality meters and electronic components, the central controlled desk adopts PLC control, manual and auto are both available. In addition, it enjoys fault alarming function, easy, adjustable and reliable operation. Colorful dynamic panel display facilitates are also available according to customers’ requirements.

1.3 Convenient Transition Installation
Convenient move and installation can largely reduce the time and cost.
