Features
1. The gas chromatograph offers high accuracy oftemperature control (optimum: ± 0.05°C), high reliability andanti-interference.
2. Control and operating parameters, including for detectors,can be set up by the keyboard. Settings include elf-diagnosis system,power-fail protection, file storage and load, and limited temperature. The gaschromatograph uses accurate display of setting and actual value of temperaturecontrol of each path, bridge current of TCD, sensitivity of FID, retention andanalysis time.
3. It offers four paths of independent controlsections, including column oven, sample injector, detector and thermalconductive pond.
4. It has 5-rampprogrammed temperature rising control and auto-drop of temperature of columnoven to a fast cooling.
5. Dual FID providedwith options of GC112 A-TCD, GC 112 A-FPD and GC112A-NPD, gas sampling valve,transformation oven, absorber and pyrolysis absorber are available forselection. Two detectors can be installed at the same time with highsensitivity. It takes a short time to be stabilized, it is easy to clean andinstall nozzle.
6. A packed column and capillary column (0.53 large diameter orsmall diameter) can be easily installed including a complete set of split samplingconnector and tailing connector to be installed free of charge. An optional 0.53mm large diametercapillary direct sampler is available for choice.
7. Analysis can be conducted in packed or capillary column with multiplesampling methods.
8. A packed column can finish on-column sampling, instantaneousvaporized sampling and gas sampling.
9. The gas chromatograph usescapillary column, which can support split sampling and 0.53mm large diameter capillarydirect sampling.
10. Construction of dual gas path, dual sampleinjector and dual packed column system can effectively avoid baselineundulation and drift in real time and facilitate programmed temperature risinganalysis. Accurate and scaled type gas path control valves will providerepeatability and stability of the gas chromatograph.
11. The gas chromatograph supports an auto ON/OFFtemperature control system, permanent data storage, file storage and call andover-temperature protection.
12. The large capacity column oven (300x280x270mm) can hold capillarycolumn and dual packed column. Built-in heating filament structure is in favorof quartz capillary analysis.
13. A complete set of accessories includingpurifier, pressure-reducing valve, gas path tube, wrench and tools, injectionneedle and connectors of all kinds are provided free of charge and are ready toconnect with the supply-air system prepared by users.
