1. The GC122 gas chromatograph is newlydesigned, high performance HRGC.
2. The double FID detectors in the basic typefeature wide accessory options such as GCl22-TCD thermal conductivity detector,GCl22-NPD nitrogen and phosphorous detector, GCl22-FPD flame photometricdetector, converter, gas sample inlet valve, etc.
3. In the basic type, theGC122 gas chromatograph has dual packed columns, double samplers and dual gaspath system structure, which can effectively restrain baseline fluctuation anddrift in real time, and is suitable for temperature programming analysis. Theinstrument can be installed with three types of detectors at the same time.With different detector combinations in different applications, the instrumentcan support detectors working in either cascade or paralleled connection.
4. The GC122 gas chromatograph is equipped with acompleted capillary analysis system and independent capillary split sampler,which includes diaphragm cleaning, split flow and auxiliary gas adjustment. Itsupports capillary split or split less sampler, cold on-column sampler, and 0.53mm large diametercapillary column direct sampler. It is suitable for all kinds of capillarycolumns of various diagrams, speculations, and lengths, and made of glass orflexible silicon glass.
5. The gas path of the instrument uses a high precision scaleflow control valve, unloading valve and needle valve. It’s easy to adjust flowcapability and has better reproducibility and stability.
6. The gas chromatograph supports following injection methods:
    Packedcolumn: on-column sample injection, instantaneous vaporizing sample injection,gas sample injection.
    Capillarycolumn: split injection, split less injection, large diameter column directinjection.
7. The GC122 gas chromatograph can manage the temperature control of sixpath heating areas at the same time, including column, ion chamber, thermalconductivity detector, capillary column sampler, packed column samplerauxiliary and standby, with high precision (less than ±0.1℃) and widerange (up to 400℃), andtemperature overload and deviation is less than 2℃ or evenlower.
8. The column has a five-step programmed temperature controland the highest heating rate is up to 40℃/min.
9. The system has such functions as switch-off protection,temperature limit setup, temperature scanning, rapid automatic cooling, i.e.back opening door, etc.
10. An open-end computer system can apply RS-232interface and N-2000 chromatogram workstation to achieve single pathcommunication control and data processing.
11. The large capacity column oven (350×280×300mm) can support capillarycolumn and dual packed columns at the same time. The inner-placed heating wirestructure can facilitate silicon capillary column analysis.
