3. Our CNC slot machine center features a special main-axis structure, which canguarantee the rotation accuracy. The main axis bearing uses the angular-contact ball bearing of NSK. Using servo control, the feeding axes at X/Y/Zdirections can realize any two-axis or three-axis linear simultane ous motion and ensure high precision and efficiency.

4. The lubrication of main axisbearing, feeding screw and linear rolling guide way uses automatic intermittentoil lubrication.

5. The coolant system of CNC slotmachine center uses multilevel isolation filtering. Two cooling pumps, whose flow is controlled bya ball valve, are responsible for liquid feeding.

6. Our CNC slot machine center isequipped with an effectiveoil mist recovery system which gathers the oil gas within the machine. This makes the machine safer andenvironmentally friendly.
