MFCCE300 continuous extrusion machine is designed for extrusion of copper flat wire,aluminum flat wire, aluminum round pipes, aluminummulti-hole flat pipes, and more sections at average production rate of 480 kgs per hour. It can be classified into continuouscopper section extrusion line, continuous aluminum section extruder, and copper/ aluminum section continuous extrusion machine.

Given below are the functions of different parts of the continuousextrusion machine.  
1. Pay-off Equipment
This unit functions to store the feed stock which is typically copper rodmaterials. It is primarily composed of an unwinding unit and a rotary base plate, and is primarily made ofquality structure steel.

2. Straightening and cutting unit
This unit serves to straighten and cut off the winding feed stock. Its base ismade into a four-door type tool kit, which makes tool and mould placement easy.The unit is made of high quality alloy steel.

3. Continuous Extrusion Machine

Continuous Extrusion Machine is the key part of our continuous extrusion machine. Thekey processes are finished by it.

4. Cooling system


The cooling system not only functions to coolextruded products, but also the tools and components of the continuousextrusion machine. It includes one cooling water tank for finished product andanother for equipment tools and components. The entire system is integrated ona platform, and appears aesthetical.

Water tank: The water tank is welded using 2mm thickness SUS304 stainless steel, and it is madein-house.

(2) Blow-drying unit (made by Yajue)
This unit functions toblow-dry extruded products and thus prevent product surfaces fromoxidation. 
Our continuous extrusion machine comes with 2sets of blow-drying system, so users require no additional air compressor fordrying products.
The blow-drying unit is equipped with a 2.2kw vortex high pressure blower whichis connected with a nylon tuyere. Hot air is generated after the bloweroperated for only several minutes. One blow-drying unit is installed beside thecooling water tank, and the other installed before the metering and oilingunit. When the extruded products are not completely dried through blowing bythe first unit, the second one can be started to ensure 100% dry.

(3) Metering unit, made in Shanghai, China
Obviously, the metering unit serves to measure the length of extruded products.The length is pre-settable and the unit comes with a alarming system.
The unit is composed of a digital meter counter, alarming device, approachswitch, and an in-house made lamination roller.

(4) Semiautomatic oil-coating unit, made by Yajue
The unit functions to coat oil onto extruded products, thus preventingcopper products from oxidation.
The main frame of the unit is made using 2mm thickness SUS304 stainless steel.

6. LSP gantry winding machine

6.1 Function
The gantry winding machine comeswith tensile control and speed control methods. The winding tensile and array pitchescan be set via a digital display. Wire reel’s positionadjustment, wire reel’s separation andattachment, and wire-winding direction, etc.are all pre-settable. For more detailed functions, please contact our salesengineers directly.

9. Suspension type operation box (foroperators use)


The operation box is installed on the main machine.It is equipped with a 5.7 inch LCD and industrial membranekeyboard. It can be used to set and display technical parameters of thecontinuous extrusion machine. It covers most of the functions of the controlpanel, except production report and curve printing and data recording.  With it, the continuous extrusion line can beoperated by only one operator.
In addition, the computer control system can effectively protect the extrusionmachinery from damages caused by operator’s misoperation. Also, it is very easyto use, requiring no special operator training.

10. Hydraulic and lubrication system 




Functions and features
The hydraulicsystem and lubrication system is innovatively integrated together, whichensures small space covering. The hydraulic system provides continuous stablepressing force for the main shaft and the extrusion shoe,thus ensuring long term continuous production. Using a standard 25Mpa pressurerather than 45Mpa, the hydraulicsystem comes with extended service life as the high pressure elements endurelower pressure.

The pressure maintaining system is equipped with Germany’sHYDAC check valve, and is connected to the computer via America’s SPECsensor which can be used to preset pressure value easily. The system canmaintain the pressure at preset value for 3-5 hours, during which the hydraulicsystem doses not work. This ensures lower energy consumption of the continuousextrusion machine, and also extends the service life of hydraulic systemcomponents. When the pressure is insufficient, the hydraulic system canincrease the system pressure to preset value in 2-3 minutes.

With a standard pressure of 25Mpa, there is no needfor adjusting the system pressure while installing and disassembling theextrusion wheel. This effectively avoids equipment damages and operatorinjuries caused by failing pressure adjustments.
