MFCCE350 Continuous Extrusion Machine
This continuous extrusionmachine can be used for extrusion of both copper and aluminum extrusions. It isideal for manufacturing electromagnetic wire, irregular conductors,and medium and small sized conductive bars. The extrusion line, which comeswith one extrusion die but can produce two types of wire, is available.

1. Pay-off Equipment
This unit functions to store the feed stock which is typically copper rodmaterials. It is primarily composed of an unwinding unit and a rotary base plate, and is primarily made of qualitystructure steel.
2. Straightening and cutting unit
This unit serves to straighten and cut off the winding feed stock. Its base ismade into a four-door type tool kit, which makes tool and mould placement easy.The unit is made of high quality alloy steel.
3. Continuous Extrusion Machine

4. Coolingsystem
The cooling system not only functions to cool extrudedproducts, but also the tools and components of the continuous extrusionmachine. It includes one cooling water tank for finished product and anotherfor equipment tools and components. The entire system is integrated on aplatform, and appears aesthetical.

Water tank: The water tank is welded using 2mm thickness SUS304 stainless steel, and it is madein-house.

5. Blow-drying, wipe-drying, metering and alarming,and oil-coating unit

Thisunit functions to blow-dry extruded products and thus prevent product surfacesfrom oxidation.
Our continuous extrusion machine comes with 2sets of blow-drying system, so users require no additional air compressor fordrying products.
The blow-drying unit is equipped with a 2.2kw vortex high pressure blower whichis connected with a nylon tuyere. Hot air is generated after the bloweroperated for only several minutes. One blow-drying unit is installed beside thecooling water tank, and the other installed before the metering and oilingunit. When the extruded products are not completely dried through blowing bythe first unit, the second one can be started to ensure 100% dry.
(3) Metering unit, made in Shanghai, China
Obviously, the metering unit serves to measure the length of extruded products.The length is pre-settable and the unit comes with a alarming system.
The unit is composed of a digital meter counter, alarming device, approachswitch, and an in-house made lamination roller.
(4) Semiautomatic oil-coating unit, made by Yajue
The unit functions to coat oil onto extruded products, thus preventingcopper products from oxidation.
The main frame of the unit is made using 2mm thickness SUS304 stainless steel.
6. LSP800/160 heavy duty winding machine
6.1 Function
The heavy duty winding machine comeswith tensile control and speed control methods. The winding tensile and array pitchescan be set via a digital display. Meanwhile, it canalso offer failure detection, automatic protection and alarming, datarecording, production report and curve printing,historical data query, and more functions. 9. Suspension type operation box (for operators use)
The operation box is installed on the main machine.It is equipped with a 5.7 inch LCD and industrial membranekeyboard. It can be used to set and display technical parameters of thecontinuous extrusion machine. It covers most of the functions of the controlpanel, except production report and curve printing and data recording. With it, the continuous extrusion line can beoperated by only one operator.
In addition, the computer control system can effectively protect the extrusionmachinery from damages caused by operator’s misoperation. Also, it is very easyto use, requiring no special operator training.
10. Hydraulic and lubrication system
Functions and features
The hydraulic system andlubrication system is innovatively integrated together, which ensures smallspace covering. The hydraulic system provides continuous stable pressing forcefor the main shaft and the extrusion shoe, thusensuring long term continuous production. Using a standard 25Mpa pressurerather than 45Mpa, the hydraulic system comes with extended service life as the highpressure elements endure lower pressure.
The pressure maintaining system is equipped with Germany’s HYDAC check valve,and is connected to the computer via America’s SPEC sensor which can be used topreset pressure value easily. The system can maintain the pressure at presetvalue for 3-5 hours, during which the hydraulic system doses not work. Thisensures lower energy consumption of the continuous extrusion machine, and alsoextends the service life of hydraulic system components. When the pressure isinsufficient, the hydraulic system can increase the system pressure to presetvalue in 2-3 minutes.
With a standard pressure of 25Mpa, there is no needfor adjusting the system pressure while installing and disassembling theextrusion wheel. This effectively avoids equipment damages and operatorinjuries caused by failing pressure adjustments.
