Performance Characteristics
1. The electro-hydraulic servo system, together with the world famous lineardisplacement sensor, ensures the highest controlling precision. The bending accuracy and repositioning accuracy of the CNC press brake are also up to a high level.
2. The hydraulic compensation mechanism helps prevent the deformed sliderfrom affecting the quality of the work piece. The compensation is automaticallyadjusted by the CNC system which is convenient and accurate.
3. The multi-functional back gauge can be extended to6 axes. The work piece can be bent at any angle.
4. After welding, the frame is machined by CNCpentahedron at one time to ensure the rigidity and accuracy.
5. The integrated hydraulic control system decreasesthe pipe connection and oil leakage, while increasing the stability and providingthe CNC press brake with a simple and attractive design.
6. The segmented punches of different length are used, which can becombined into a certain length according to the customer’s requirements. This helps reduce labor and increase the work efficiency.
7. The CNCpress brake can be equipped with auto-clamp devices forpunch or quick clamp according to the customer’s requirement.This can result in decreased laborintensity and increased work efficiency.
8. The CNC press brake features the most advanced Delem DA65W, DA66W controlling system, colorful TFT screen of high resolution,Chinese/English menu, and the latest electricconnection.
