1. The HRT seriesCNC punching machine uses a first-class hydraulic system, digital proportional servo valve, and full-loop control, with high resolution. The stroke and speed are changed digitally.
2. The machine provides 1,000hpm punch hit. The bottom dead pointposition can be controlled precisely and the tasks of processinglouver, embossing, extrusion etc. can be conveniently performed.
3. The imported pneumatic,hydraulic and electric components ensure the reliability of the integral CNCpunching machine.
4. The turretmachined in pairs ensures the coaxiality of the upper and lower parts.
5. The intelligentclamps of the CNC punching machine move automatically, ensuring complete machining. 
6. The vacuumscrap collector ensures the waste drops accurately during the high speedpunching, eliminating the rebounding of waste and extending the service life of tooling.
7. The largelead ballscrew and linear guideway of the world-class level ensures highprocessing precision.
8. The O-type steel frame weldeddeflects little and the rigidity isperfect.
9. The clamps with auto-protection function can ensure no punching is conducted within the protected areas, guaranteeing the tooling and clamps are not damaged and the machine can run continuously.
10. The CNC punching machine uses high precision worm-wheel andworm mechanism. The auto-index, whose max. diameter is 88.9, can be extended.
11. The concentrated lubricating devices decrease thefriction between each working pair and increase the service life of the machine.
12. The integral structure of beam and carriageenhances the rigidity and precision. It also ensures the smoothness of feeding at high speed andeliminates the dynamic deflection of X, Y axes.
