Efficiency
The gear driven efficiency can reach up to 98%-99%, and the belt driven efficiency is 94%-98%.
No-load Power Consumption
For gear transmission, the no-load pressure is generally maintained at more than 2.5bar. For direct drive and belt drive, the no-load pressure can theoretically be 0 bar. In order for high operation safety, the pressure should be maintained at 0.5 bar.
Installed Air Compressor Pressure Change
Customers are allowed to easily change the installed air compressor pressure according to the actual production requirements.
Maintenance and Repair Cost
It is easy to change the seal of the direct drive, only need to replace the coupling, saving maintenance and repair costs.
