Incise drape is permeable by air and moisture vaporand provides an occlusive barrier against water and bacteria.  It is extremely thin, highly elastic andtransparent.  It has a gentlehypoallergenic adhesive and an absorbent pad with a low adherent wound contactlayer.

Advantages
Incisedrape is a form of self adhesive polyurethane membrane.  It adheres firmly to wound edges.  It guarantees the normal “breath” of the skinand prevents moisture vapor accumulation. Incise drape greatly reduces the risk of infection and provides asterile environment for the operation.
