It features easy operation, highefficiency and precision.  It can simultaneously cut the pipe and cut out the bevel.  It ensures high efficiency and low cost.

Configurations
The steel pipe cut off machineconsists of a machine arm system, height regulation system, driving device,turning rolls, support device, guide rail, ventilator, operating table, etc.

Features
1. The machine is used for cutting the pipes and cutting out the bevel.

2. Thesimultaneous cutting of two torches is available.

3. The cutting face has high precision.
4. The steelpipe cut off machine cancut the pipes with the diameter in 50-1200mm.
5. It uses an operating panel to realize cut-to-length of the steelpipes.
6. It has cut-to-length digital input and display system.
7. The cutting torch of the steel pipe cut off machine uses a rise-fall moving shaft, vertical left-right moving shaft,rotating shaft for work pieces.  Thevertical left-right moving shaft can use a servo driving control system toensure accurate positioning.
8. It can simultaneously cut the pipe and cut out the bevel.
9. It is equipped with anti-collision protector and limit switch.
10. The controller of steel pipe cut off machine usesan emergency stop switch.
11. There is a dustproof separator between the support table and running guiderail.
12. The motor lubricating oil is imported.
13. A towline transporter is used for transferring of gas and power.

Applications
The steel pipecutoffmachine is used for cutting-to-length of the pipesin the industries like ship building, chemical, boiler, etc.  Two sets of standard oxy-fuel cutting systemcan be used to cut the low-carbon steel pipe. The plasma cutting mode can be customized to cut carbon steel pipe,stainless steel pipe, non-ferrous metal pipe, etc.
