Product Description
The functional moduleof the inverter is extended based on the special working requirement for the E780/Kmolding machine.  Some functions havebeen strengthened so it has a stronger overload capacity which can reach ashigh as 200%, higherstability and faster responding speed.  Theaccelerate and decelerate time can reach a maximum of 0.1 second.
The energy saver uses isolated double-channel analog input system and canrealize the ratio control.  It featuresflexible control and strong anti-jamming capacity.
The energy saver can automatically adjust the rotation speed and oil supplyquantity of the oil pump based on the different working states of the injectionmolding machine like ejecting glue, melting glue, etc., making the actual oilsupply quantity of oil pump correspond with the actual load capacity of theinjection molding machine.  This canreduce the energy consumption to a minimum, avoid the overflow of energy andensure the steady and accurate operation.
The energy saver makes the soft start for oil pump of the injection moldingmachine possible.  It increases the powerfactor of the molding machine and adjusts the output power dynamically, savingenergy.

18.  The energy saver uses double LEDdisplay, enabling users to monitor and adjust the molding machinesimultaneously.  It has parameter copyfunctions by keyboard, making it convenient for users to copy the program amongseveral inverters.

Channels

Double electric isolation input channel can simultaneously receive two PWM signals with the amplitude less than 12V when the channel is in 0~12V or 0~1.2A or 0.1K~10KHz.

There are three input models: the two channels operate separately; the two channels operate by connecting with each other; choosing the optimal channel Four kinds of corresponding relations between the models and frequency: linearity, non linearity, inflection point setting.  Non linearity relationship is applicable for scale pressure valve, promoting saving energy effect.
