Features
1. Its power ranges from 0.25W to 2.2 KW and its input voltage range is220V±20%, 380V±20% and 415V±15%.
2. The minisensorless vector control inverter has sensorless current vector control mode and V/Fcontrol mode for choice.
3. When the running frequency is 1 Hz, the inverter will output 150% of ratedtorque.
4. Possessing thefunctions of motor parameters self-detection and adaptive function, theinverter can achieve sound control effect.
5. It has 8 programmable multi-speed control modes and 6 running modes.
6. The mini sensorless vector control inverter canautomatically check the output state.  When the inverter is separated from motor, theautomatic frequency reduction will stop.  After installing the motor, the inverter willautomatically recover its operation and has convenient remote power control.
7. It is equippedwith multi-function programmable input ports, programmable relay output and thestandard built-in PID regulator (it can preset frequency).
8. Wobble frequency operation is composed of preset frequency, centraladjustable frequency and state memorization and recovery after machine halt orpower failure.

Reference frequency can be randomly set between 5Hz to 600Hz and V/F curve with multiple joint can also be randomly set.  There are three curves provided, including constant torque curve, Dec torque curve 1 and Dec torque curve 2.

Torque boost

Manual set: 0.0~20.0% of rated output.  Automatic torque boost can be set according to output current.

Auto current/voltage

It will automatically check the current and voltage of motor stator during acc/dec or stable running.  Based on special arithmetic, it can control the current and voltage within allowable range to ensure the minimum failure.

The inverter can automatically adjust the proportion of output voltage to output frequency according to the motor parameters and unique algorithm.

Torque characteristics

0.1% When the frequency is 1 Hz, the inverter will output 150% of rated torque, and features 0.1% of speed stabilization precision.

Motor parameters self-detection

Without any limitation, the inverter can finish the motor parameter self-detection under static state, so as to achieve sound control effect.

Current / voltage limit

The current closed-loop control can completely avoid the current impact, and has the function of overvoltage limit.

Under voltage inhibition in running

It is especially suitable for the users with low network voltage and frequently fluctuated network voltage.  Even the voltage is lower than permissible voltage, and the system will maintain the longest possible running time according to the unique algorithm and residue energy allocation strategy.

RS485 communication
