Applications
Ultra superfine mill is suitable for various kinds of non-inflammableand non-explosive materials with Mohs hardnessbelow Grade 7 and water content less than 6%, like barite, calcite, potashfeldspar, marble, limestone, dolomite, fluorite, lime, active carbon, bentonite, kaolin, cement, phosphorus ore, glass, manganeseore, titanium ore, chrome ore, refractory material, coal coke, titanium dioxide,quartz, urea, and so on. Themill is used in a multitude of industries,such as mining, chemical, buildingmaterials, etc.

Operating Principle of Ultra Superfine Mill
After being milled and ground by grinding rollers, the materials are blown intothe inner cavity of the shell through inlet hole in the bottom of classifier. Thenthese materials will be blown into the upper cavity of the shell through theair duct, during which, by adjusting the wind pressure, only fine powder isallowed to enter the upper cavity and large size particles are sent back to themain machine for regrinding. The materials in the upper cavity will be sortedby the classifier according to size, and those coarse particles will again besent back to the main machine. The materials meeting the size requirement arefinal products which will be blown into the cyclone collector.
