Components
The main working part of a hammer crusher is rotors, which consist of mainshaft, disk, pin shaft and hammer.

Operating Principle
The motor drives rotors to rotate quickly in the crushing chamber. As materialsenter the hammer crusher through the top feed opening, they are being stricken, cut and ground into smaller particles by thehigh-speed hammer.There is a screen plate under the rotor, which allows the particles with sizesmaller than the screen mesh to be screened out. The materials left over will be further hammered and ground until they are small enough to pass throughthe screen.
