Description
The counter pressure casting equipment works according to the counter pressure principle.  The pressure can guarantee the surface quality and the consistency of the castings, and the effect is more obvious for the casting of the nonferrous pieces with thin wall.
In the working process of the counter pressure casting equipment, the air pressure of the upper tank is reduced to change the pressure differential between the upper tank and the lower tank.  In this way, the metal liquid in the crucible flows from the lower tank to the upper tank, and the castings remain under certain pressure in the solidification process.
