Hongxing belt conveyor comes with large conveying capacity ranging from 78 to 1284 t/h. Its simplified structure makes it convenient for maintenance. It provides the best performance in ambient temperatures ranging from 20℃ to 40℃, and the optimum material temperature is 50℃ or below.
Applications
The belt conveyor is commonly used for conveying bulk materials and pieces of objects in metallurgy, mining and coal production industries. It can be used independently and can also be used in combination with each other to consist of a larger conveying system, according to customers’ request.

Note:
1. The conveying capacity is achieved based on the following conditions. (1) The material density ranges from 1.0t/m3 to 1.6t/m3. (2) Tilting angle of the belt conveyor is no more than 18°. (3) The angle between the bulk material and the conveyor belt is 30°.
2. The density of material to be conveyed should be 2.5t/m2 or below.
3. The conveying distance is customizable.
