Composition
Hongxing ball mill is primarily composed of feedingsystem, material discharging system, rotary system anddriving system, etc. The driving system consists of reducer, small drivinggear, electric motor and control system. The central quill shaft is made usingsteel casting and its inner lining is replaceable. The large turning gear ismade using casting by hobbing, and the cylinder is lined with wearing resistinglining plate, providing superior abrasive resistance. These guarantee the longservice life and reliable performance of the ball mill.
Applications
The ball mill provides usan ideal solution for grinding crushed materials. It is regularly used inproduction lines for powders like cement, silicates, refractory material,fertilizer, glass ceramics, etc. as well as for ore dressing of both ferrousand non-ferrous metals. Meanwhile, this grinder can grind various ores andother materials either wet or dry.
