Features
1. Zhongying horizontal machining center is primarily made of Meehanite cast iron so it has high rigidity. The base adopts ultra wide rectangular four rail structure.
2. X, Y, Z axes are plastic coated widened rectangular slide rails which have undergone medium frequency quenching treatment.
3. The machining center uses Taiwan high speed, high precision spindle.
4. The cooling system utilizes high flow water pump to ensure the cutting oil is well cooled under high speed operation.
5. The use of fully closed protective cover and electrical cabinet provides the machining center with a high level of safety.

Standard configuration: FANUC CNC system, 20-piece bamboo hat type tool magazine, RS232 communication interface, separate type electronic hand wheel, spindle chip air blow system
Optional configuration: FANUC, KND, SIMENSE system, 20-piece disc type tool magazine, the fourth axis and fifth axis in the CNC machine tool, automatic chip removal system

Zhongying horizontal machining center is primarily used for processing workpieces like spare parts and auto parts, which can perform milling, boring, drilling, reaming and grinding operations.

Maintenance
1. Replace the gear oil of spindle headstock every six months.
2. Regularly, timely add lubricant to the oil pump of the table.
