UPSmart2000R is amonitoring software for dry-contact UPS, which connects to the PC by DB9 portor USB.  It can monitor and display thecurrent status of the UPS and utility to inform users about the power supplysituation.  It hasan automatic alarm and sends an email notification when the utilityintermit or the battery capacity is low.  It also provides other functions, likeautomatically keeping files, safely shutting down the system, etc.

2.  When the user turns on the UPS, it will automatically monitor the system.  It needs a Windows NT environment.
