UHP Waterjet Cleaning System
UHP waterjet cleaning system ejects high-speed water stream to wipe out dirt. Here is a brief introduction about how this device works. Firstly, water is sucked into cleaning machine and is pressurized by a powerful water pump. Generally, water pressure is increased to 40000 PSI (or 300 Mpa). Diesel engine or electric motor supplies power to the water pump. Then, the high pressure water is ejected from several jewel nozzles which are driven to rotate by pressure, causing water to form UHP rotating jet streams of multiple angles and intensities.
UHP waterjet cleaning belongs to physical cleaning methods. Compared to traditional methods like manual cleaning, mechanical cleaning, chemical cleaning or others, it has the following advantages,
1. Waterjet pressure and speed is adjustable. Hence, the cleaning object will not be damaged by large pressure and speed.
2. UHP waterjet cleaning does not create 2rd pollution. The object does not need cleaning again if there is no special requirement.
3. This device is able to clean the objects with complicated shape and structure. It can work in places with narrow space, in harsh environment.
4. Different from chemical and bio cleaning, UHP waterjet cleaning will not generate any pollutants. Thus, it is harmless to the environment.
5. The cleaning by our machine is thorough and fast. For example, our equipment can wipe out more than 95% debris and dirt on heat exchanger and boiler.
6. The running costs of our UHP waterjet cleaning machine are cheap due to its high power efficiency. Actually, the costs are only one third of those of chemical cleaning device.
7. UHP waterjet cleaning machine has no special requirement for the cleaning target in its material, size, and shape, etc.
