High performance

(1)     Multifunctional waterjet machine adopts a high speed servo spindle motor with speed ranging from 8000 rpm to 20000 rpm.

(2)     The spindle is well protected due to the water cooling system and multiple nozzle design. Therefore, cutter’s working life is prolonged.

(3)     Y-axis is driven by both single motor and synchronous belt, which ensures operational precision.

Convenience

(1)     The multifunctional waterjet machine is equipped with a centralized automatic lubricating system, which makes it easier to maintain the equipment.

(2)     This equipment is designed with a blade-changing button. Changing blade is easier than traditional ways.

Reliability

(1)   We use well-known brand towline to ensure the reliability and flexibility of our machine.

(2)   It also uses world famous brand ball screws and guide.

Safety

(1)   The multifunctional waterjet machine adopts labyrinthine protection for X-axis guide, with soft shade outside.

(2)   Our equipment utilizes high quality sensors. Hence, software and hardware limitation is acute. The system is able to protect workers during operation.

(3)   To protect workers from scattering rubbish, this multifunctional waterjet machine is equipped with special vacuum cleaner to suck it. Strengthened glass and soft rubber are also used to avoid injury.
