Introductionof Screw Sand Washing Equipment:
The Screw Sand Washing can wash, classify and de-water.
Washing:
At first, put the sand into the sediment pool of Screw Sand Washing from thefeeding box, then operate by rotating screw blade of Screw Sand Washing,finally the sand is turning, rolling and grinding to exclude impurity andwater-air layer around sand to promote de-water
De-watering:
Firstly, the sand is sunken down to tub bottom of Screw Sand Washing , then thescrew blade of Screw Sand Washing push this sand upwards, when passing throughupper tub of proper length above water level, the water is draining intosediment pool from another drainage ditch, finally the de-watered sand is outfrom the discharging opening of Screw Sand Washing .
Classifying:
Material classifying is realized by overflowing the non-needed fines of ScrewSand Washing, the controlling method is regulating height of overflowing weirand regulating speed of screw of Screw Sand Washing
Our Screw Sand Washing is mainly fit for sand factory, electric pole factory,work-site of building and the wash of concrete dam, classifying and de-wateringvarious sands. Screw Sand washer adopts inclination of 15°.
