The Daya TL-Q5600 digital conference system offers flush-mount conference solution which includes five function modules. All the modules are self-contained and can be freely configured, enabling conference terminals to offer more or less functions. The discussion unit is used to Push to Talk and Request to Talk. The channel selection unit offers six channels for participants to hear the selected language channel through a personal headphone and adjusts the volume level for comfortable listening. The flush voting unit features attendance registration, voting, election and evaluation. A loudspeaker can be added according to venue needs. The discussion unit has an expansion port for an additional plug-and-play handheld voting unit.

Smart Voice Activation Mode
The TL-Q5600 conference system can be operated under VOX mode so the microphone is automatically turned on when the delegate speaks. The VOX sensitivity can be set to H/M/L to suit the conference environment. The voice activation mode enables hand-free operation with no need to push the MIC key.

Basic Functions
1. Microphone mode: VOX/AUTO/FIFO/OPERATOR
2. VOX mode: microphone is automatically turned on when delegate speaks. Sensibility can be adjusted through the central control unit. Mic off time (20-250 seconds) can also be preset.
Attendance: registered by IC card and MIC key press. Double-color LED indicator shows the registration status.
3. Voting: YES/ABST/NO. Vote counting and result display are automatically enabled automatically by PC.
    - Ordinary voting and direct voting
    - Single-choice and multiple-choice voting
    - First key press and final key press voting
4. Election: elect one or more out of multiple candidates, with ‘competitive election’, ‘equal number election’, and ‘quick election’.
5. Evaluation: 4-key evaluation: Good, Fair, Poor and Abstain.
6. The voting unit has LED indicators to show the working status for voting, election and evaluation.
7. The system supports up to 20 chairman/vice-chairman units. The vice-chairman unit comes with a blue LED indicator.
8. Interpretation: 6 selectable channels, with LCD to show the channel number.
9. The loudspeaker volume level can be adjusted by the central control unit or system software of the conference system.
10. It has automatic video tracking, with a preset position for panorama view.
11. The chairman unit has the following additional features:
       - Can be active at any time regardless of preset delegate Mic limit.
       - Priority button to override all active delegate units to control the conference.
