The congress server and congress terminal come with a 4.3" LCD touch screen, which provides an intuitive graphical interface to video playback, script reading, intercom, service call and handwriting input, and allows easy operation of attendance registration, microphone discussion, interactive voting, language selection and system setting.

 

Every congress terminal comes with an USB port which is designed to add a plug-and-play handheld voting keypad.   Each wired terminal can become a wireless terminal by connecting a WiFi converter to this USB port.

1. Microphone modes: AUTO/FIFO/PTT/VOX. Up to 8 microphones can be active simultaneously.
2. VOX mode: the microphone is automatically turned on when delegate speaks.  Sensitivity (H/M/L) can be adjusted through the server. The mic off time (20-250 seconds) can be preset.
3. Attendance registration: by IC card and MIC key press.
4. Voting: YES/ABST/NO. Vote counting and result display are automatically enabled by PC.
5. This distributed congress system has both single-choice and multiple-choice voting.
6. Both first key press and final key press voting are available.
7. This distributed congress system can preset the voting types and modes.
8. Attendance registration and voting can be run by the server or chairman terminal, without PC control.
9. Election: elect one or more out of multiple candidates, with ‘competitive election’, ‘equal number election’ and ‘quick election’.
10. Evaluation: 4-key evaluation: Good, Fair, Poor and Abstain.
11. Interpretation: 32 selectable channels, with touch screen to select and display channel number.
12. The congress terminal supports automatic video tracking, with a preset position for panorama view.

15. The central server supports hot standby to ensure operational reliability.  Multiple servers of this distributed congress system can be cascaded for ease of system expansion and redundancy backup.
