Our FQ1600C slitter rewinder machine can be used to slit and rewind jumbo paper rolls into small paper rolls with required width.  It is used for edge protectors and paper tube production.

Features
1. Using hydraulic pressure paper shelves without axle, the slitter rewinder machine is easy and fast to operate.
2. Through electronic control and the hydraulic pressure to correct an error, it can make sure of the high precision of the slitter rewinder machine.
3. It uses a suspend type tension system to keep the tension invariableness of the slitter rewinder machine.
4. Using a frequency conversion control synchronous belt keeps the noise level low.
6. It uses new techniques to ensure rewinding no conglutination and the distance between two paper rolls is 1-2mm.
7. The slitter rewinder machine features single unit rewinding, low center of gravity, and is more convenient to unload paper rolls.
