Features

1. The YH-1300S/1500S series semiautomatic carton platen press can beused to process corrugated paper, cardboard and paperboard.  It also can perform die-cutting, creasing andcold embossing for cartons, paper boxes and paper labels, so it is an idealmachine for packaging and decoration.
2.  It uses high-strengthgripper bars with advanced gripper, front and side registering device, indexingmechanism, pneumatic clutch, and pneumatic chase locking device to ensuresmooth feeding and accurate registering.
3. The carton platen press uses a programmablecontroller and interface to show the working speed, number of sheet processed,the general running time and various troubles.  It contributes to easy troubleshooting andoperation.
4. The main motor is controlled by a transducer, which ensures achieving stepless speed regulation and smooth operation.  The semiautomatic carton platen press isequipped with many sensors and safety devices, which make possible normaloperation by machines and safe running by operators.
5. Reasonable structure with fine assembly ensures thecarton platen press with short feeding distance and high die-cutting accuracyso it can finish die cut jobs without gripper margin.
