Basalt unidirectionalfabric is a type of constructionmaterial knit by high strength basalt fabric. Itstensile strength is morethan 2100Mpa, elasticmodulus more than 105Gpa andelongation rate at break more than 2.6%. Accordingto the follow-up need in manufacturing, basalt fabric is spread evenly bysizing which is mixed with a coupling agent adapted to different resins to actas an enhanced role. Basalt unidirectional fabric is suitable for replacing carbon fiber when it is used in reinforcementand repairing of bridgeconstruction. Its cylinder shockproof and reinforcementfunction is very similar to carbon fiber fabric.

Application
1. The basalt unidirectional fabric isextensively used in the reinforcement,enhancement and repairing ofconstructions and bridges.
2. It can be used to produce radome,engine components, radar antennas, tanksand armored vehicles covers, structure parts, wheel hubs, torsion bar andcasings; sports paddles, alpine ski boards, surfing boards, etc.
3. The basalt single fabric in itis the most mature product among the domestic basalt fiber products.
