The basalt fiber needlefelt is designed with the basalt single fiber interspersing with out-of-order interlacing, which form the structure of astatic three-dimensionalaperture.  Owing to usingthinner fiber of 7-9um, bigger than the superficial area, with void fraction of about 80% and no boron, it can beused for the filtrating and purifying of high-quality air, thermal insulationand sound-absorbing, heat insulator, steels of hot rolling mirror surface, aluminumsheet  and thermo stability soft matting material, etc.

Application
