1.ICEUPS on board flake ice machine is manufactured with 316stainless steel, corrosion resistant, aluminum alloy.
2. It is installed directly on the ship.
3. Within vibrating angel 35 degree, the machine works well withoutwater overflowing.
4. Usesea water to make ice directly and flakeice drops in the cabin, which greatly reduce the ship’s burden and also savecost of energy.
5. It isdesignedwith intelligent PLC control system. It is featured bystable running, high efficiencyand simple maintenance.

1. Standardvoltage: 380V-3P-50HZ.
2.Accordingto customer’s requirement, we can provide on board flake icemachine with nonstandard voltage like: 60HZ, 200/220V, 400V, 440V.
3. Theproducts are applicable for seawater. Refrigerant is R404A/R22.
4. Thicknessof flakeice can be reached at 1.8～2.5mm. The cooling type is water cooling.
5. Applicableworking conditions :ambient temp: 0～55℃, watertemp:-2～45℃
6. Standardworking condition: ambient temp：25℃, watertemp:18℃, evaporatingtemperature: -20℃
