We produce and supply rail elastic pads in rubber, EVA and HDPE for railfastening systems.
Rail elastic pads are usedfor e clip rail fastenings to preclude and buffer impact, increase friction andreduce vibration.  We produce rail elasticpads in rubber and HDPE.

Properties for the rubber rail elastic pad:
Stiffness:  90-130 KN
Hardness Shore A:  72-82 degrees
Electronic Resistance:  ≥10 6 Ω
Tensile Strength Before Aging  ≥12.5 Mpa
Elongation Before Aging:  ≥250 %

Properties for the HDPE rail elasticpad:
Hardness:  Shore D 40-48 degrees
Tensile Strength at Broken:  ≥14 Mpa
Tensile Strength After Aging:  ≥13 Mpa
Elongation at Broken:  ≥180%
Elongation after Aging  ≥150%
Impact Strength at -65°Without Broken

We produce rail elastic pads for e type rail fastening systemsand rail pads for SKL type rail fastening systems.  We supply ZW664, ZW686, ZW686a, ZW687, and ZW687a types.
We also produce and supply rubber railpads for Nabla rail fastening.
