Features

Work Principle
The feeder transmits the pre-printed and cut cardboard from the papershelf to the convey chain and then sends it to the shaping mold. During thisprocedure, the cardboard has been glued and you can adjust the position of thegluing. The volume of gluing can be measured while in progress without stoppingwork. After being glued, the shaped cardboard will be conveyed to a collectorto be auto calculated as the preconcert quantity andauto mark without stopping production.

Production Speed
The highest production speed can be 360 pieces per minute.  The packaging dimensions are 3M×1.5M×1.5M. The machine covers an area of 1.5M × 4Mand weighs approximately 2.5 tons.
