Indications
Hydroxyethyl Starch (200/0.5)and Sodium Chloride injection is used as plasma volume expander.
1.Hydroxyethyl Starch injection is indicated for the treatment andprophylaxis of hypovolemia and shock (hemorrhagicshock, traumatic shock, infections shock and burn shock) caused by surgery,trauma, infections, and burns, etc.
2. Usedin ANH (acute normovolemic hemodilution)to help reduce the patients’ demand for blood duringsurgery.
3. Hypermovolemichemodilution

Specifications
Each 500ml of the solution contains 30g Hydroxyethyl Starch (200/0.5) and 4.5g Sodium Chloride.

Packaging
500ml/bottle (glass bottle).
500ml/IV bag (a flexiblecontainer made using multi-layer co-extrusion film)
