Working Principle
Materials enter into the fluidized bed dryer from the feed inlet. Under thefunction of excitation force, they are continuously thrown forwards along theperforated bed, and hot air from the bottom passes through the fluidized bed.After heat transfer between the materials and hot air, moist air is dischargedfrom the air outlet, and the dried materials are discharged from the materialoutlet. A cyclone separator or a dust collector bag is used to collect smallquantities of dust and thus reduces pollution.
