Material

1. The top of the interior aluminum compositepanel is made of aluminum alloy (3003) coated with fluorocarbon resin (PVDF) or polyester resin (PE) roasting painting.
2. The core is made of: non-toxic polyethylene or fireproof material.
3. The back is made from aluminum alloy sheet coated with polyester resinpainting.
4. The surface finish of the interior aluminum composite panel is made of PVDF/ PE coated, brushed finish, mirror finish, wooden faced, marble faced, nano painting, etc.
5. The surface coating thickness is 30 μm 70% KYNAR500 PVDF.

Quality

1. Under a natural climate the film coating willhave no flakes, rubbles, vestige or pulverization.
2. Under a common environment there will be no flake or rubbles.
3. Under common temperatures and radiation there will be no color difference.
4. According to the international test standard, all the tested items are satisfiedwith high-class.
5. Our products with PVDF coating, produced under GB/T17748-1999, have 70%PVDF. Under a common environment, we can guarantee 15~20 years. For FR products, it is good atfireproof, and the FR grade is B1 (according to the standard Q B8624).
