Properties
EDTMPS is nitrogenous organic polyphosphonic acid, a type of cathodic corrosion inhibitor. It offers as much as 3-5 times the corrosion inhibition efficiency of inorganic polyphosphate. Ethylenediamine tetra isnon-toxic, pollution free and soluble in water. In addition, it is chemicallystable and resistant to high temperature, which functions well even at 200℃. Because EDTMPS can dissociate into eight positive and negative ions, it can chelate with many metal ions to form polymer reticulation complex, so as to destroy the normal crystallization of calcium scale.

Applications
1. EDTMPS is suitable for use as a scale inhibitor in circulating cooling water systems and boilers
2. Use as a chelating agent in non-cyanogen electroplatingindustry
3. Use as a water-softening agent and oxygen bleaching stabilizer in textile, printing and dyeing industries.

User Guide
1. When EDTMPS is used separately in the circulating cooling water system, the recommended dosage is 2~10mg/L.
2. When it is proportionally compounded with HPMA(ETDMP:HPMA=1:3),EDTMPS can be used for water treatment of low pressure boiler.
3. EDTMPS can also be used together with BTA, PAASand zinc salt.
 
Packing
EDTMPS is packed in plastic drums, 25kg per drum or uponcustomer’s request

Storage
EDTMPS should be stored in a cool, dry space. The storageperiod is 10 months.

Safety Protection
Avoid contact with skin or eyes. Incase of contact with skin or eyes, wash immediately with plenty of water.
