Instructions for Use
1. Open the sharpener cover. One hand should hold the sharpener tightly and theother hand should hold the knife.
2. Place the heel of your blade at the top of sharpening rod at preferred 20degree angle. Sharpen the knife from heel to tip and repeat this two tothree.  Turn to the other side of theknife until the blade be sharp. It is recommended to do this approximately oncea week.
3. Clean the knife with water or wiper and dry it after use.  Clean the knife sharpener with a banisterbrush.

Caution
1.Hold sharpener tightly when sharpening.
2.To prevent diamond surface from being contaminated after use, place folder cover over sharpener.
