This ceramicsharpening system T0917C has a bamboo turn box with internalrod storage in the base for safety andconvenience. It has two sets of 18 degree and24 degree pre-drilled holes for a professional qualityedge. The system comes with two6" long fine ceramic rods to keep your knife’s perfect edge.

Features

Use and Care
1. Turn the bamboo block and take out the ceramic rodsand put them in the pair of holes.
2. Place your knife blade on the inside of the leftrod about 1/2" from the top of the stone. Hold the knife at a 90-degree angle to the base.
3. Pull the blade down and across the ceramic rodstarting from the back of the knife blade to the tip of the blade. Repeat thisaction for about 8-10 strokes.
4. Repeat this stroke on the inside of the right rodto sharpen the other side of your knife until your knife is sharp.
