RFMV1300 CNC Vertical Machining Center
The RFMV1300 CNC vertical machining center is one in a family of RIFA built VMCs. The machine packsa 4500rpm spindle speed and 15m/minrapid traverses. The X, Y, Z axis rangeis 1300mm× 750mm×700mm. A 1400mm×600mm T slottedtable is included.
Features
1. The machinebase, column, head and cross slid carriage of the CNC vertical machining center are constructed fromhigh quality cast iron. An advanced machine construction, widened andfixed column design provide added rigidity and durability. Finite elementanalysis procedures are used to qualify the design.
2. Hardenedsliding guide ways are used for the X, Y and Z axismotions, providing increased rigidity.
3. Servoscouple directly to the high precision ball screws of the CNC vertical machining center, eliminating gears andpreventing backlash and servo drag.
4. Thepre tensioned ball screws provide increased rigidityand thermal stability.
5. The spindle is supported by six permanentlylubricated precision bearings, which are truecartridge type units. A refrigerated spindle cooling system circulates oil around the spindle and bearings of the CNC vertical machiningcenter. This maintains constant temperatures across a range of ambient andoperating conditions.
6. Anencoder is mounted on the spindle, realizing rigid tapping as well as accuratepositioning.
7. AFANUC 0iM controlling system is standard. MITSUBISHI is optional.
