1. ZZ15810-D Medical Syringe Liquid Leakage Tester
The tester adopts a 5.7-inch color touch screen to show menus: nominal capacity of syringe, side force and axial pressure for leakage testing, and duration of applying force to the plunger. And the built-in printer can print the test report. PLC controls human machine conversation and touch screen display.

Side force: 0.25N~3N; error: within ±5%
Axial pressure: 100kPa~400kPa; error: within ±5%
Nominal capacity of syringe: selectable from 1ml to 60ml
Time of testing: 30s; error: within ±1s

2. ZH15810-D Tester for Determining Plunger Actuation Force
The tester adopts a 5.7-inch color touch screen to show menus. In use of PLC controls, nominal capacity of syringe can be selected; the screen can realize real time display of the force required to initiate movement of the plunger, the mean force during return of the plunger, the maximum and minimum force during return of the plunger, and the graph of forces required to operate plunger; test results are provided automatically. And the built-in printer can print the test report.

Load capacity: 1N~40N; error: within ±0.3N
Test velocity: (100 ± 5) mm/min
Nominal capacity of syringe: selectable from 1ml to 60ml

3. ZF15810-D Medical Syringe Air Leakage Tester
Negative pressure test: a manometer reading of 88kPa below ambient atmospheric pressure is reached; error: within ±0.5kPa; with LED digital display.
Testing time: 1s~10min, can be set at will, LED digital display.
(Negative pressure reading displayed on the manometer shall not change ±0.5kPa for 1 minute.)
