PL2000III Automatic Unscrambler

The PL2000III automatic unscrambler adopts special mechanism (not requiring compressed air) to arrange disorderly bottles and keep their mouths upwards when they are delivered downstream. If the next working procedure lacks bottle, the unscrambler will infeed bottles to ensure working continuity. If bottles are jammed in the next working procedure, the machine will stop automatically. The machine has the function of photoelectric inspection to ensure reliable and smooth running. As for changing the bottle, the operator can easily do so by adjusting the width of the channel and the respective template. It can be easily mastered by general operators. The product is well up to GMP requirements.
