PL2000V Automatic Unscrambler



The PL2000V automatic unscrambler adopts special mechanism (not requiring compressed air) to arrange disorderly bottles and keep their mouths upwards when they are delivered downstream. If the next working procedure lacks bottle, the unscrambler will continue working to ensure working continuity. If bottles are jammed, the machine will stop automatically. It is fairly easy to operate and change bottles. The automatic unscrambler is designed with an automatic lifting feed bin which reduces the labor intensity of frequent feeding. The general operator can proficiently master the operation.
