AS-P06 Corner Labeling Machine

The corner labeling machine is designed for the application of seal labels on to boxes of various products. The label features a firm adhesion that will not fall off under normal conditions. Its maximum production speed is 120 pcs/min. It supports the application of 8 corner labels on one box at maximum.

Photoelectric sensor
The labeling machine is equipped with a photoelectric sensor made by Sick which features high precision and high reliability.

Touch screen:
Controlled by PLC, the interface is convenient to use. With just a tap of its touch screen, you can easily access various functions and parameters for your product needs.

Smoothing device with cylinder:
It applies a seal label on the corner of a box to prevent opening without permission.
Adjustable seat: The 6DOF adjustable seat enables quick changeover between different products.
