We offer the followingtypes of multi-layer MDF hot presses:
1. The multi-layer MDF and HDF hot press offers anannual production capacity of 50,000-150,000 m3 fiberboards.  The fiberboard size produced is 4×8 feet andthe hot pressing layer can be 12, 15, 18, 22, 24, 28, and 30.
The hot press is capable of pressing 22 to 30 layers offiberboard.  This multi-layer MDF or HDFhot press holds the world’s record for pressing the most layers of fiberboard.

2. The multi-layer HDF and MDF hot press offers an annual production capacityof 80,000-200,000 m3fiberboards.  The fiberboard sizeproduced is 4×16 feet and the hot pressing layer can be 12, 15, and 18.
Compared with other multi-layer hot presses in China, the Jechen18-layer hot press has the highest production capacity.  Compared with its counterparts worldwide thatcan produce 4×16 feet fiberboards, our multi-layer HDF and MDF hot press holdsthe world’s record as the hot press capable of pressing the most layers (18layers) of fiberboard.
