Introduction

Our JGZY-1000 paper printing machine is driven by the international advanced closed-loop servo motor. The shaftless transmission high speed gravure printer comprises PLC control system, human-machine interface which controls the whole working process, together with overprint tracker display system.

Application
The paper printing machine is suitable for printing, impressing and punching tipping paper, carton paper, cigarette paper, wine packing paper and packing materials for milk and beverage, etc. The printed products take on bright colors, clear and vivid patterns, providing strong stereoscopic effect.

Main TechnicalParameters
1. The paper printing machine uses the international advanced high-end closed-loop servo motor and is controlled by PLC in unwinding and winding tension and printing speed (low speed and full load to start, automatic speed increase).
2. The high speed gravure printer provides double-shaft double-station rolling and unwinding, roll changing at high speed without deceleration, and automatic cutting. A vector converter motor (controlled by PLC modules) automatically regulates the unwinding tension, and the maximum unwinding diameter is up to 1,000mm.
3. For the unwinding rectifying system, the paper printing machine makes use of trolley type automatic pneumatic rectifying equipment, which offers rectifying journey of ±100mm, and deviation rectifying precision of ±0.5mm.
4. Unwinding tension range: 12-50kg (full breadth burden), unwinding tension precision: ±0.5kg (full breadth precision)
5. The main transmission mechanism of printing adopts nine sets of servo control systems (which can be increased or reduced, and also can be customized to have oneset for pressing and one set for punching), with shaftless transmission (electronic roller).

14. Drying method: The drying unit of the paper printing machine provides electrical heating, secondary use of hot wind, and high energy efficiency. It also comes with automatic constant temperature control for printing.  The negative pressure dryer helps prevent outflow of hot air. (Steam heating device customizable)
15. The paper printing machine offers double-shaft, double-station center rewinding, roll changing at high speed without deceleration, and automatic cutting.  The winding tension is automatically controlled by the vector inverter (Imported PLC mould control for taper tension).
