Introduction

The JDLF (90-65) ×2-1000 multilayercoating laminating machine is one of the latest products domestically. It consists of electrical system, air-operated system, electronic systemand mechanical system. The main parts include four sets of extruder, three setsof dies (one of them is double-layer coextrusion die), three sets of forming system, two sets of automatic unwindingsystem and winding system. Unwinding and winding systems adopt vectorinverter control, providingautomatic cutting, receiving and roll change without reducingthe working speed. The quantity of every set of extruder and the speed of traction (forming)are synchronously controlled by imported PLC system. In addition to PLC controller, themultilayer coating laminating machine comes with operator-friendly man-machineinterface.

T shaped elastic mould: new type feather edgemoulds from Jingcheng Mold (made of 5CrNiMoV and undergoestempering and chrome plating to ensure high tenacity and hardness and reliableperformance for constant use at high temperature), including two sets of singledeck mold, and one set of double-deck coextrusion mould which provides acid resistance and hard chrome plated inner surface.
3. The gear box of the extruder comes with high strength hard tooth surface, with excellent airtightness, andreliable performance.
4. The multilayer coating laminating machine utilizes advanced digitalintelligent temperature control system.
5. Unwinding material requirements: 180-250gsmroll base paper, 0.0063-0.007mm roll aluminum foil

12. For the first unwinding, double-shaft double-station roll unwinding isemployed. The multilayer coating laminating machine offers roll changingwithout reducing working speed, automatic cutting, as well as automatic tensioncontrol by a vector-controlled converter motor. Trolleytype automatic pneumatic rectifying system is used, providing rectifying journey of ±100mm, and deviation rectifying precision of ±0.5mm.
13. The secondary unwinder makes use of double-shaft,double-station unwinding, magnetic powder brake for tension control andelectric rectifying with rectifying stroke of 150mm.
14. The multilayer coating laminating machine comes with double-shaft,double-station center rewinding, roll changing at high speed withoutdeceleration, and automatic cutting.  Inaddition, the machine provides auto vector inverter control of unwindingtension, and pneumatic clamping unit for neat unwinding.  (Imported PLC mouldcontrol for taper tension)
