1. Screw and barrel: φ65mm; L/D: 28:1; Material: 38CrMoAl, tempered, nitrided,withspecial mixing, great mixingeffect, and high capacity.
2. This high speed film blowing machine uses ceramic heaters,forced air cooling with automatic temperatureregulation, providing long life, high accuracy and reliability.
3. Extrudingmould is made of 45 steel forgings,and both the inside of cavity and thecore surface undergo hard chromeplating treatment. (Rotary die optional)
4. The film blowing machine offers digitalintelligent temperature controlling system.
5.  High strengthhard tooth gear box withexcellent airtightness and reliability is used, toensure large capacity, low noise, long use life, and steadytransmission.
6. The main motor of the high speed film blowing machineutilizes inverter to control speed.
