Introduction
The filmblowing machine is specially used to blowfilm, such as HDPE, LDPE, gradable plastic and reproducible plastic. Equippedwith edge folding device, it can also make materials for shopping bags and flat bags. The forming frame can rise up and down freely, ensuring easy operation and high product quality. 1. Screw andbarrel: φ45mm; L/D: 28:1; Material: 38CrMoAl, tempered,  surface nitrided,with special mixing, great mixing effect, and highcapacity.
2. Extruding mould is made of 45 steelforgings, and boththe inside of cavity and the core surface undergohard chromeplating treatment.
3. The film blowing machine offers digital intelligent temperaturecontrolling system.
4.  High strength hard tooth gear box with excellent airtightness andreliability is used, to ensure large capacity, low noise, long use life, and steady transmission.
