Features
1.With newly advanceddesign, the gate valve features less operation torque andabrasion resistance.
2. Body and cover of our gate valve are made of high grade ductile iron.
3. Disc is designed with an abrasion nylon guide that enable a smoothoperation, use much less torque force during open/close operation
4.Forged stem provides stronger stem operation and less moving parts.
5. Disc of the gate valve is covered by high-grade rubber which complieswith drinking water.
6. The 3 O-ring stem seals are designed to prevent stem leakage and providereplacement of the other 2 O-9.rings without disassembling ofvalve from mainline pipes.
7. Both inside and outside the gate valve are coated with epoxy resinpowder.
8. Manufacturing standard of the gate valve meets BS EN 1074, BS 5163, DIN 3352.
9. F/F (Face to Face) meets the following standard: BSEN558-1, DIN 3202.GB: 1221-89
