1. The body of combination airrelease valve is made of high grade ductile iron, so its serving life is muchlonger than the cast iron ones. 

2. The float is made from wood and fully coveredwith rubber.

3. The combination air release valve adopts two orifices, thesmall one is used for releasing air pockets collected in the valve body, therewill be around 2% of compressed air in the system and it will come out anytime. And the large one is for exhausting large quantity of air during theempty pipeline system start up. 

4. There canalso be a suction intake thru the large orifice, provided the vacuum happensduring stopping of water flow or breakage of the pipeline.

5. Epoxy coating for both inside and outside of the combinationair release valve.
